Why was my order got rejected?
If the success rate to print an order is low, we might contact you to change the order. Success rate is affected by complexity, geometry and other elements of the model. We will check the model and contact you with feedbacks and suggestions.How do I get an invoice?
Wenext is committed to be more environmentally friendly. We will provide e-invoice to you. However please do not hesitate to let us know if you require paper invoice.Is my online purchase secure?

Sure, you may make arrangement with Wenext account manager to pick up your products from Wenext factory or assign to your dedicated logistics company.Custom fee and custom duties
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your order and/or shipping total. Wenext is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.My order has past delivery estimation date but I have not received my package, what should I do?
We are sorry to hear this. We offer customized services hence sometimes there might be delay on delivery due to part's error, custom clearance and etc. Please contact us immediately and we will work to solve this issue with you.Return
There is a missing item in my package, what should I do?
Please get in touch with our customer service immediately, kindly provide us your order ID and photos of the package.What if my package has a defect, could I ask for exchange or refund?
Please contact your account manager or customer service team for any products' issues within 7 days after receiving the parcel. Email: info@3dpnext.com .Wenext agreed to return and exchange the products if:
1. Wenext strictly comply with the quality standards of the People's Republic of China. If the product issue is verified and caused by Wenext, we will manage the return or re-production for you.
2. For products that need to be returned or re-produced, they can be processed within 7 days from the reproduction confirmation date. (Shipping time varies based on each location) Wenext will not accept returns and exchanges if the issues are out of Wenext control such as:
1. Moisture, discoloration or other issues after the product is delivered and received.
2. Insufficient number of returned products.
3. Error caused by user.
Refund
1. Refund Rules: Once Wenext has confirmed on refund, refund will be issued to the original payment method.2. Refund Period: Refund will be sent to your original payment method within 15 working days. If you have not received the refund after the standard time-frame, please contact Wenext account manager or customer service for more information.

How to create a 3D model for 3D printing?
To create a 3D model you can use various CAD software or 3D modeling services which is available on various online and offline platform. We recommend you to use 3d printing friendly software which already has some built-in option for 3D printing.Can you create 3D CAD model for me?
We don't have professional designer team at this moment. Please contact your account manager or our customer service at info@3dpnext.com if you need design suggestions or manufacturing advices.Which file format Wenext accept? What if I don't have STL file in this format?
For our online-based quotation system, your file must be in STL format. In case if your CAD file is different in the format, kindly contact us and our expert team member will convert your CAD file into STL format after the complete analysis of your model (To examine the details of your model meet the printing requirements.)What are the design requirements to print the 3D model?

How to get a quote?
We have an online-based instant quotation platform. To get a quotation you have to upload your file on our portal and get instant quote as quick as 1 second.How are the prices calculated?
3D Printing pricing is based on various aspects, which included the volume of the parts, size, the amount of raw material used, the labor (mainly post-processing) and multiple other aspects. These are the major aspects that can affect the price. Best way to know your price is to submit your 3D CAD Model to get an instant quotation.What is the lead time for production of 3D printed parts?
Production time is different for every 3D parts, it's depend on the parts size, material, process and the time period which you can select during order processor. At Wenext, we have 2 different production modes: Standard (48 hours), and Economic(72 hours). These production modes have an impact on your 3D printing cost.To ensure delivery on time, please take note on the following:
1. The production time indicated on the website is the time of production, exclusive of delivery time.
2. Production time will be calculated only if the order is completed and full payment made.
3. The order cut-off time is 7 p.m. (GMT+8). Orders placed before 7 p.m. (GMT+8) shall be deemed same-day order; Orders placed after 7 p.m. (GMT+8) are considered next day order.
4. Document submitted or payment made after the cut off time shall be deemed as next day order.
Note: Actual Lead Time: Production Lead Time + Delivery Time.
Can Wenext provide any post processing services for 3D printed parts?

What are the different types of CNC machining?
Wenext has CNC Machining machines from 3-5 axis. Main difference between 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis machining is the complexity of the movement both the workpiece and the cutting tool can move through, relative to each other.| Description | ||

What materials does Wenext work with?

The standard tolerances is 100um, 50um, 25um for CNC machining. Tolerance could reach 2um though EDM, WEDM and Wire Cutting.Which industries use your CNC Machining services?
